Classic Reformer
Group & Private Classes
Our Classic Reformer Class offers a traditional Pilates experience that focuses on precision, control, and alignment. During these classes, you will perform a series of foundational Pilates exercises on the reformer, emphasizing proper form and technique. Classic Reformer Classes are designed to build core strength, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness. We incorporate a variety of props and equipments, such as Pilates mat, ball, resistance bands, to add challenge and variety.
Flow Reformer
Group & Private Classes
Our Reformer flow classes emphasize the fluidity and continuous movement of Pilates exercises on the reformer. These classes focus on smooth transitions between exercises to create a seamless flow of movements. Our Reformer flow classes incorporate a series of Pilates exercises that challenge strength, flexibility, and coordination while promoting a sense of flow and mindfulness. Additionally, we use our aesthetic equipment such as Pilates balls, weights, rings, etc. during the classes.
Core Reformer
Group & Private Classes
Our Core reformer classes specifically target the core muscles, including the abdominals, obliques, and lower back. These classes focus on strengthening and stabilizing the core to improve posture, balance, and overall strength. Our Core reformer classes include exercises that isolate and engage the core muscles using the resistance of the reformer springs.
HIIT Reformer
Group & Private Classes
Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) reformer classes involve short bursts of intense exercises followed by brief rest periods. The classes are designed to elevate the heart rate, increase calorie burn, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Our HIIT classes on the reformer incorporate strength training exercises along with cardio-based movements.
